Industrial Fuel Oil

  • Our high-quality bunker C oil (BC oil) is produced through vacuum distillation of by-products sourced from refineries and petrochemical plants.
  • It is a high-efficiency fuel with a high calorific value and is environmentally friendly, featuring low sulfur and nitrogen content.

Key Processes

Ion-Refined Oil

Ion-refined oil is a type of treated fuel oil obtained by introducing negatively charged coagulants into waste oil. These coagulants promote the aggregation and sedimentation of impurities, which are then separated to produce a cleaner fuel.

  • Heated Above 80°C to reduce viscosity and loosen bonds with heavy metals and other contaminants
  • Effective Coagulation Process enables easy removal of impurities
  • High Thermal Efficiency and cost-effective compared to conventional fuels
  • Suitable as a substitute for Bunker C oil, especially in industrial applications such as melting furnaces and crucibles

Key Processes

Waste-Derived Fuel (W.D.F)

W.D.F is an alternative fuel produced by mixing, emulsifying, wet-grinding, and processing various industrial waste materials such as waste oil (liquid and solid), non-halogenated organic solvents, synthetic resins, and dust particles. It is primarily used as a supplementary fuel in cement kilns, replacing traditional fossil fuels such as bituminous coal and Bunker C oil.

  • Safe & Low Viscosity
As a liquid fuel composition, W.D.F contains certain amounts of water from aqueous waste oil and water-miscible solvents, resulting in low viscosity and excellent handling safety.
  • Cost-Effective
W.D.F offers a significantly lower cost per calorie compared to conventional fuels like heavy oil and coal, leading to substantial fuel cost savings.
  • Sludge-Like Form, Easy Handling
The fuel is in a sludge-like form, allowing it to be pumped directly from storage tanks without the need for large-scale storage facilities or complex infrastructure.
